FORMER SENATOR PETER R INVERSO
Peter Inverso holds a B.S. in Commerce and Accounting from Rider University and is a certified public accountant. He has held various positions in international and regional accounting firms, including partner. He was named to his current position of President and CEO of Roma Bank in September, 2000, and led the effort to establish Roma Financial Corporation and to build its new corporate headquarters in Robbinsville, NJ. He is also the founding Chairman of the Board of RomAsia Bank. He was elected and re-elected to the New Jersey State Senate for four repeating terms, although did not seek re-election when his most recent term expired in January of 2008. Active in many civic associations, he is the past chair of RWJ University Hospital at Hamilton. He resides in Hamilton Square, NJ, with his wife, Geri. They have five children and nine grandchildren. |

DOMINICK MAZZAGETTI
Mr. Mazzagetti graduated from Rutgers University and the Cornell Law School. He clerked for the Chief Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court and engaged in the private practice of law for many years representing banks and mortgage lenders. In 1982 he served as Acting Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner of the New Jersey Department of Banking in the administration of Governor Tom Kean. Mr. Mazzagetti served as Executive Vice President of Cenlar Federal Savings Bank and then as President/CEO of NJM Bank, a subsidiary of New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company. He Joined RomAsia Bank, a subsidiary of Roma Financial Corp., in December 2008. |
